This is a 58 year-old female who is 5’1” tall and weighs 131 lbs. She presented with excess lower abdominal skin as well as a mild amount of abdominal fatty fullness. She has had three children. She desired improvement in the appearance of her trunk. Therefore, she underwent an abdominoplasty as well as liposuction to the abdomen, flanks, and back.
