Preop and 9 months postop
This is a 60 year-old lady who is 5’4” tall and weighs 154 lbs. She presented with excess skin around her lower abdomen and a degree of excess fatty distribution in this area. She also had a history of abdominal surgery and the horizontal scar from the surgery was making the situation worse. Therefore, she underwent an abdominoplasty as well as liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, and lower back.
