This is a 57 year-old lady who is 5’3” tall and weighs 156 lbs. She presented with breast hypertrophy. She was wearing a large D cup bra and desired to be smaller because the size of her breasts was interfering with her quality of life. Therefore, she underwent a breast reduction with a Wise pattern incision.
