This is a 29 year-old female who is 5’1” tall and weighs 180 lbs. She presented with breast hypertrophy. Her breasts had been large ever since puberty and increased further in size since childbirth. She was wearing a 38 DDD bra. Therefore, she underwent a breast reduction using a Wise pattern incision.
