This is a 32 year-old female who is 5’8” tall and weighs 180 lbs. She has had two children and did breastfeed. She was wearing a B cup and desired to be a large C to small D cup. Therefore, she underwent a breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round high profile silicone gel implants, size 600 cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
