Preop and 5 months postop. This is a 56 yo female who is 5’3” tall and weighs 153 lbs. She has had 5 previous pregnancies, including a pair of twins. She is now bothered by fullness and excess skin in her abdomen and back. She underwent an abdominoplasty with rectus plication as well as liposuction of her abdomen and back.
