This is a 52-year-old female who presented to discuss facial rejuvenation. She was predominately bothered by the lines under her eyes, deepened nasolabial folds, marionette lines, some moderate jowling, and moderate neck aging. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and platysmaplasty.
