This is a 63 year-old female who presented to discuss the possibility of a secondary facelift. She previously had a facelift, browlift, and upper blepharoplasty 15 years prior. She had begun to see recurrent signs of facial aging with upper lid skin excess, puffiness under the eyes, and jowling. Therefore, she underwent a secondary facelift with rhytidectomy, SMAS plication, and platysmaplasty. She also had an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty performed as well.
