This is a 65 year-old woman who was bothered by her upper lid skin excess as well as her lower lids. She felt that she was starting to see typical signs of aging around her eyes. She also was experiencing some brow ptosis that she wanted to improve. Therefore, she underwent a lower and upper lid blepharoplasty and an endoscopic brow lift. Fat was also injected into her face to augment some of the tissue loss through the years.
