This woman is a 23-year-old patient who was seeking breast enlargement surgery in Sacramento.  She is 5 ft. 4 inches tall and weighs 120 lbs.  After having her first child she lost significant volume in her breasts and was unhappy with her breast shape and size.  Prior to breast augmentation surgery she wore a 34A bra.  Examination revealed that the patient had significant pseudoptosis and a breast volume of approximately 100 – 150cc per side.   We selected 275cc smooth round moderate profile saline filled implants placed through a periareolar incision.  Following breast augmentation surgery she has 34 full B cup to small C cup size breasts.
