This patient is a very attractive 25-year-old mother of  four children who lost significant breast volume following breast feeding.  She wished to improve the shape and size of her breasts through breast augmentation.  Her desire was to be a small C cup size and she also wished to minimize visible scarring.  By examination she had significant loss of breast tissue and a small amount of breast ptosis.  To accomplish this patients goals we used a smooth round moderate profile McGhan style 68 saline breast implant filled to 360cc through a transaxilary approach.  This improved her breast volume and also improved most of the ptosis giving a symmetric and overall excellent result.  Postoperatively she is a 36 C cup and is pictured here just two months after her surgery.
