This patient is a very attractive 34 yo female who desired breast augmentation. She is 5'6" and weighs approximately 125lbs. She had children and lost most of her natural breast tissue after pregnany. She was seeking to restore her natural breast tissue lost after lactation. Preoperatively she was a small B cup bra size. Postoperatively she is a D cup. We placed 400cc smooth round silicone implants.
