This 33-year-old patient is approximately 5’4’’ and 135 pounds. She was seeking a breast lift and augmentation in Sacramento. We had a long discussion regarding her options including breast augmentation alone, breast lift or mastopexy alone, and a combined breast lift with breast augmentation. She chose the combined procedure and requested saline filled implants for the augmentation. We performed a breast lift using a modified vertical pedicle procedure to limit her scarring. Smooth, round 350cc moderate plus profile implants were used for the augmentation and her volume was increased from a 36B to a very full 36C. Her breasts are now very youthful in appearance with excellent proportions for her body type.  The augmentation/mastopexy was performed in conjunction with a tummy tuck as part of her “mommy make-over.”
