This is a 28-year-old female who is approximately 5’7” and 125 pounds. She wore a 34B bra and was seeking breast augmentation in Sacramento to enhance the volume of her breasts. She had slight sagging or ptosis to her breasts and we discussed the option of adding a breast lift or mastopexy to raise the position of her breasts. She chose to defer the lift to avoid the extra scarring and was still able to achieve attractive and natural appearing breasts. 350 cc moderate profile saline filled implants were placed through a periareolar approach and she now wears a full 34C bra.
